    Pontiac
    V-8 326, 350, 389, 400, 421, 428, 455
    cast connecting rods. IR813
    They are cleaned, glass beaded and checked for size.
    Will fit all 1955 thru 1979, but need to be replaced as a set in pre 1962 engines as these rods were a weak forged connecting rod.
    Pontiac saw this and went to this cast higher rated rod in 1963.
    If any out of round, they are resized to manufactures specs.
    Price is per rod.........
    I can do sets and even install ARP rod bolts at an additional cost. Full sets and more then one are available and will adjust shipping.
